Yes, Sleep Spark is end to end encrypted. We keep your data secure using the latest technology to protect your information. Sleep Spark will never have your credit card info-all purchases are made within your app store. 

Create your free account by downloading the app in The App Store or Google Play Store. Upgrades can be made within the app store, too. 

To upgrade your free subscription, choose one of our premium plans inside your account. 

The Sleep Spark Experience is fully customizable- you can skip to your favorite parts by manually selecting the segment.  Each segment is 20 minutes long, and a full experience lasts for an hour; choose one, two, or three segments to craft your experience. 

We added an alarm inside Sleep Spark so you could use it wherever, whenever. Set the alarm to your wake up time for a peaceful rest, knowing you won't oversleep. 

Please remember that each section is 20 minutes in length, and the full experience lasts one hour. If you need a break from the day, Sleep Spark is here to help you unwind so you can get back in the game. 

Sleep Spark is a wellness app for adults, which is why we require users to be 18 or older- or whatever age your country defines as a legal adult. Age verification is required to download Sleep Spark.
